What Happens in the Sessions? 

We will begin with an Initial Consultation to discuss how you would like help and you can ask questions and decide whether hypnotherapy is right for you. We can discuss what goals you would like to work towards and find out more about how we will work together.  You will also receive a free relaxing hypnosis MP3 to use at home.

In the sessions that follow, we will talk about the progress you have made so far and then discuss how you can continue this. This is followed by the relaxing hypnosis which will consolidate what we have discussed.  The number of appointments needed varies from person to person and most people feel an improvement very quickly. All the sessions are tailored to your individual needs and are positive, relaxed and informal.
