Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis. The psychotherapy, or 'talking therapy' is based on a very successful therapy called Solution Focused Brief Therapy. It also includes the very best of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mindfulness. These techniques will help reduce anxiety, calm your mind and help you make small steps that lead to significant positive change. You will be given a free hypnosis MP3 to continue your progress between sessions.

Your Therapist

I am an experienced and dedicated Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, specialising in anxiety and women's health. I love seeing how hypnotherapy can help transform the way my clients think and the positive changes they make to their lives. My interest in psychology began when I studied it at university and I then worked in the field of psychology research. When I retrained as a therapist, I wanted bring this knowledge to my clients and trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist at the prestigious Clifton Practice in Bristol. I am a full member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and abide by their code of practice.
