These bespoke sessions are based on calming hypnotherapy techniques and tailored to your needs, helping you to resolve anxiety, feel calm and confident and achieve a positive birth experience for you and your baby.

Bespoke Hypnobirthing

Private hypnobirthing classes are wonderful because they are tailored especially to you. Each session focuses completely on you, allowing you time to relax, nurture and bond with your baby in a safe environment where you can voice any individual worries or concerns that you may have.

Each pregnancy and baby is unique and private hypnobirthing allows for that. A combination of techniques will be used to create a bespoke programme just for you. So you can learn to relax and trust your body, helping you to enjoy a better birth experience for you and your baby.

When should I start Hypnobirthing?

You can start at any time and spread the sessions out to suit you which also gives you time to enjoy the relaxation and practice the techniques. Most people find that 4 - 6 sessions are really beneficial, depending on individual circumstances.

Its never too late for a session of hypnobirthing to be of benefit though. If you are approaching your due date and do not have time to do the full programme, even one session will teach you some useful skills and techniques to help you relax and calm your anxiety.

Guided hypnosis

Guided hypnosis to help you with any worries that you might have - these may be specific anxieties, resolving a previous birth experience or dealing with current on-going stress.

Relaxation Techniques

Easy to learn techniques and information to help you relax and manage any discomfort or pain during labour. These include breathing techniques, self-hypnosis, mindfulness and more and can also bring you lots of benefits through your pregnancy and after the birth too.


Positive visualisation and mental rehearsal of the birth and of parenthood to help you have a happy, comfortable and positive experience for you and your baby.

Your Therapist

I am a fully qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist with additional training in Hypnotherapy for Childbirth. I will adapt each session depending on how you feel and guide you towards the birth that you want. If you have any specific fears or anxieties, or a previous traumatic birth experience and I can use a range of techniques to help you overcome them.

Working with mums-to-be is a privilege and a real joy! I would love to help you gain the confidence and skills so you can have the most positive birthing experience possible for you.
